Robert A. Schaffer, Jr., affectionately known to all as Bob, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2021 at the age of 22. He was the beloved son of Jolene (nee Riley) and Robert A., Sr., devoted brother of Ryan and Paige, and loving grandson of William Riley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Tuesday, July 27, at 7 PM to 9 PM from the Rogers Funeral Home, Inc., 1426-30 South 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 and again on Wednesday morning, 8AM to 9:15 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 AM at Mt. Carmel Church, 3rd and Wolf Sts. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Bob's name to his family .
